Development of cryogenic readout circuit for Photon Counting THz Interferometry

Photon Counting THz Interferometry(PCTI) is an interferometer that measures the delay time by correlating the signals from photon bunching and synthesizes the image with an intensity interferometer. Currently, I am working on a readout circuit using Cryogenic performance of FETs to operate the SIS detector in the PCTI. I will report on my work on this readout circuit.
