Project and technical overview of the next generation Very Large Array (ngVLA)

In this talk, I will provide an overview of the project and technical aspects of one of the proposed large-scale on-ground facilities for the 2030s and beyond, the next generation Very Large Array (ngVLA). Apart from a description of the existing reference design, I will provide a summary of different studies started by the NAOJ ngVLA Study Group in terms of receiver technologies and related.
