The meeting is held on the Academis Sinica (AS) main campus, which is different from the National Taiwan University (NTU) campus where Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, Academia Sinica (ASIAA) is located. The distance between AS main campus and ASIAA is about one hour by bus plus Taipei Metro and 30 minutes by car. Please refer to ASIAA website for transportation between Academia Sinica main campus (venue site) and ASIAA.

HOT! If you drive: Please download the meeting notice from the website. You can waive the parking fee by showing the meeting notice to the security guard at the main gate. Visitor parking lot is located at the B2 of the H.S.S.Building. Please properly display the meeting notice on top of the vehicle dashboard before you leave the car.

Free Shuttle Bus

For the convenience of participants, free transportation has been arranged for travel between the AS campuses and hotels/MRT station. On Nov 21 evening, buses are arranged to take all participants to the banquet restaurant. Please downlaod the Free Shuttle Bus Schedule (PDF).
The shuttle buses will stop in front of the H.S.S.Building.

Accommodations

A few choices of lodging services, where group discount rate applies, have been reserved for participants. Prices for hotels include taxes, free breakfast and internet service. The vacancy is limited. Please book the room as soon as possible. If you would like to stay at other hotels, the website of Tourism Bureau could be helpful for searching hotel accommodation and travel information.

Reservation Procedures:

Submit the online registration form and you will get a confirmation letter by email.
Folllow the instructions in the confirmation letter to download the hotel reservation form.
