We are announcing the East Asia submillimeter-wave receiver workshop to be held in the week of November 18-19, 2025.

In this workshop, we will discuss and share the progress and ideas of the research groups from the regional institutes and universities in the topics for millimeter to sub-millimeter wavelength frequency range such as,

1. Projects, Systems and Instruments
2. Heterodyne/direct detectors
3. Local Oscillators
4. Optics
5. Backends
6. Correlators
7. Components and other techniques

Dear Participants,

Welcome to the 26th East Asia Submillimeter-wave Receiver Workshop. We sincerely appreciate your participation and contribution to this event. Please read the following important notices carefully to ensure a smooth experience in the workshop.

1. On-site Upload Period: Tuesday, November 18 to Wednesday, November 19, 2025

For Oral Presenters:

• Please upload your presentation file via https://forms.gle/yDopjV46SacHfv4t5 before the meeting.
• Personal laptops or USB drives will not be permitted for use during your presentation.
• Accepted formats: PDF or PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) only (Keynote files are not supported).

On-site Upload (Optional):

• Bring a USB drive containing your presentation to the support desk in the auditorium.
• Please upload well before your session starts or during coffee breaks.
• The support team will ensure your slides are preloaded and ready for display.
• You may check your slides in advance on the conference laptop to confirm proper formatting.

Note: Personal devices cannot be connected to the conference system during sessions.

2. Workshop program: The detailed program is now available on the workshop website at this page

3. Online Participation: Zoom dial-in information will be announced before November 17.

4. Poster Stands: Poster stands accommodate standard size posters.
