Code of Conduct (CoC)

The organizers of CL2025 are committed to make the workshop productive and enjoyable for everyone. CL2025 will not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. By attending CL2025 you agree to follow Code of Conduct (CoC):

  1. Behave professionally. Exclusionary or offensive comments or jokes related to personal attributes are not appropriate.
  2. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, sustained disruption of talks or other events, unwelcome physical contact, sexual attention or innuendo, intimidation, stalking, and recording of an individual without consent.
  3. Communicate appropriately. Aim for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery are not acceptable.
  4. Be kind. Do not insult or put down other meeting participants.

All participants are empowered to request that undesirable behavior be stopped. Participants asked to stop any behavior inconsistent with this workshop CoC are expected to comply immediately. CL2025 has three Meeting Contact Persons with the authority to take action up to and including requiring an attendee to leave the workshop. They are Yen-Ting Lin (ytl   _replace_to_@_   asiaa.sinica.edu.tw), Tomomi Sunayama (tsunayama   _replace_to_@_   asiaa.sinica.edu.tw) and and Jubee Sohn (jubee.sohn   _replace_to_@_   snu.ac.kr). Any participant who wishes to discuss a violation of the workshop CoC can speak/email, in confidence, to them.

This CoC is based on that adopted by the LSST DESC.
