Oral Presentation
Studying Galaxy Protoclusters at Cosmic Noon with Subaru PFS
Presenter: Khee Gan Lee (Kavli IPMU)
Subaru PFS science operations have commenced this year, and a large
component will be the 130-night Galaxy Evolution Survey over the next 5
years. This will cover ~12 square degrees with 'deep drilling' of 40,000
spectroscopic targets per square degree within this footprint. This
survey will sample N=[2000,500,40] galaxy groups and clusters with masses of log_10(M_halo)=[13.0,13.5,14.0], respectively, detected
via their constituent galaxies at 0.7
