A Magnetized Jet from an O-type Protostar: IRAS 16547-4247

I will present the first result of the ALMA Band 1 (7 mm) observations of the protostellar jet driven by an O-type protostar, IRAS 16547-4247. These observations will allow us to search for a helical morphology in the magnetic field vectors and estimate the magnetic field strength (the most important physical value to model any magneto-centrifugal conditions in a jet).
