A mysterious coherence between spin of a galaxy and its neighbor’s motion has been recently revealed (Lee et al. 2019). Strikingly, this coherence can reach far beyond the usual intergalactic interaction scales; out to 15Mpc. In this talk, we examine this mysterious phenomena using cosmological simulations. Our aim is not only to confirm the existence of the coherence with a dark matter N-body simulation, but also to determine what mostly controls the strength of the coherence, and how far it extends. In this way, we attempt to better constrain the origins of the phenomena, and to provide crucial feedback to future observational studies of coherence.
