Purpose:

The joint, Japanese+Taiwanese+Chinese community is forming an active and inclusive consortium for the studies of the origin and the properties of circumstellar disks. We will review our achievements over 2019 including scientific publications and successful ALMA and JVLA proposals. We welcome collaborations. Specifically, we will discuss proposal ideas to be submitted to JVLA on 2020-Feb-01 and to ALMA by mid-April of 2020.
