Oral Presentation
Numerical challenges in inflationary physics
Presenter: Kin-Wang Ng (Academia Sinica)
Recent cosmological observations have supported a slow-roll inflation, namely, being nearly scale-free and Gaussian in density fluctuations generated in inflation. Future observations will probe physics and astrophysics beyond the slow-roll. We will give a brief summary of the current status of the inflation model confronting observational data, and discuss the challenges in theoretical aspects of inflationary physics beyond the slow-roll.
