Oral Presentation
Subaru thermal-infrared studies on ice and silicate in the protoplanetary disks
Presenter: Mitsuhiko Honda (Kurume University)
In the thermal infrared wavelengths (3 micron < lambda), prominent features of ice and silicate exist,
which enables us composition studies of solid material. I will briefly review our efforts on ice and silicate in the
protoplanetary disks using Subaru telescope instruments such as IRCS and COMICS,
and show my personal view on the future studies.
