Study on exoplanet imaging using intensity VLBI

Author(s): Hiroshi Matsuo (ATC/NAOJ)

Presenter: Hiroshi Matsuo (ATC/NAOJ)

Intensity interferometry can be applied to aperture synthesis imaging by means of the accurate delay measurements. Using photon counting detectors from space platform, high sensitivity imaging and very long baseline intensity interferometer can be realized. I will discuss on simulation based studies of the intensity interferometer for stars and exoplanets imaging.
