Task Description and Goals
Supernovae (SNe) are the grandest explosions in the universe. Understanding the physics of SNe is a forefront topic in modern astrophysics with immense scientific richness for theoretical and observational explorations. In this projects. we aim to study the physics of supernovae and predict their observational signatures using the cutting-edge numerical simulations on the most powerful supercomputers in the world.
