Introduction

We are organizing the first Proposal Writing Workshop (ProWrite) for Early Career Astronomers, especially postdoctoral researchers across Taiwan. This workshop aims to offer guidance on the effective writing strategies needed to craft a highly competitive proposal.

Inspired by the success of the Symposium for Early Career Astronomers (SECA) in Taiwan, and in response to requests raised by IAA postdocs and interested SECA participants, we initiated to organize this ProWrite event to support career development.

The ProWrite workshop will consists of three following panel sessions:

• Faculty Job application proposals
• Fellowship application proposals
• Grant Proposals

We warmly invite postdocs and postdoc-level researchers across Taiwan to join this unique opportunity to connect with peers, learn from senior researchers, and gain insights into career paths in academia and research institutes.
