Fitting AGN and host galaxy emission lines with CIGALE

PFS will offer a unique opportunity to get high-quality spectra of medium redshift galaxies. To interpret these results we need galaxy SED fitting codes, which enables to retrieve physical parameters from this spectra. We will present how to use the CIGALE SED fitting code to interpret emission lines from HII regions and photo dissocitated regions (Theulé et al.2024). We will also show how to model emission lines from AGN (Zhang et al., in preparation). We will detail how lines are modeled n broad and narrow lines regions and combined with the lines of the host galaxy.
