Observable signatures of parity violation in the CMB sky

Signature of Parity violation on cosmic scales would have great ramifications for the emerging  'standard cosmological model’. I discuss a few interesting , albeit exotic, cases which lead to observable signatures in the CMB. These point to possible lines of enquiry that could be applied to precise measurement of the CMB that is available.
