Parity violating graviton non-gaussianity in alpha-vacuum
Presenter: MARIA Mylova (IPMU KAVLI Institute, Tokyo University)
I will discuss Parity violating non-Gaussianity (NG) in alpha-vacuum. In particular, we go beyond the Maldacena-Pimentel results, previously shown that there can be no parity violating non-Gaussianity in exact de Sitter for the parity violating cubic Weyl tensor. We show explicitly that this can be subject to the choice of initial conditions. Indeed, although gravitons are de Sitter invariant with alpha-vacuum initial conditions, the Bogoliubov transformation introduces an imaginary part to the correlators, necessary to get a non-vanishing result. Additionally, we find there is a particular regime for which the amplitude of the bispectrum could be significantly enhanced, depending on the values of the alpha parameter and the angle phi. Finally, I will discuss the parity violating shapes produced in this setup. Finally, I will present new results in this topic.
