Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) are millisecond transient events that originate ubiquitously from galaxies across the universe. However, the majority of the FRBs are one-off events, which makes finding them and studying their physical origins very difficult. We need a new telescope that can monitor a large fraction of the sky and also pinpoint the source location from the short burst duration. BURSTT aims to accomplish this by deploying arrays of dipole antennas with a field of view of ten thousand square degrees. Cross-correlation of data from the main and outrigger arrays offers precise localization. Setting up arrays in Taiwan and the surrounding islands will let us identify the host galaxy of the FRB event. Further establishing arrays in the neighboring countries and as far as Hawaii will give us at least ten times better resolution and let us know the region in the host galaxy where the FRB occurred. We will highlight the design, site survey, and testing results from the currently deployed antennas. The high-speed radio observation may be of interest to the wider community for studies such as lightning mapping or the cosmic ray.
