The advanced telescope and instrument technology conference is a biannual event to gather experts across the Taiwan Strait to share the progress of the big projects as well as the new development and technologies for telescopes and instruments. It helps to exchange the new ideas and expertise between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in the astronomical technology developments. Through this conference, we hope more collaboration and new opportunities for future collaboration can be established. In the conference, we will share the new ideas of future projects, progress of the telescopes and instruments under development, new technology/design for optics, receivers, detectors and data reduction.

海峽兩岸天文望遠鏡與觀測前沿技術研討會為兩年一次的會議，主要目的是作 為海峽兩岸間天文研究與技術開發者的交流平台，讓雙方能夠發表新計畫的想 法、大型計劃的進展、以及新的天文儀器技術的相關發展。這樣的技術交流， 對於雙方在天文技術的發展上是很有助益的。同時在過去的會議中已經促成了 一些合作項目。本次會議是從疫情之後的第一次實體會議，我們預期會有更多 天文技術相關的論文發表，也能藉由實體的交流促進更多的討論以及合作的可 能。
