In order to investigate the error sources of transit parameters derived from light-curve fitting, we produce synthetic light curves with Gaussian photon noise for known planetary systems. The effects of exposure time, data binning, time resolution, and observational band will be studied. These results will be considered for our future transit observations by ground-based and space telescopes. This study will also contribute to the optimization of future photometric and spectroscopic observations of Twinkle Space Mission.
