Oral Presentation
The same and not the same: Different star formation properties of high redshift galaxy clusters
Presenter: Seong-Kook Lee (Seoul National University)
Galaxy clusters provide unique laboratory for the study of galaxy evolution in many aspects. It has been well known that galaxy clusters at high redshift contain larger fraction of star-forming galaxies compared to local massive clusters. In addition, we, in Lee et al. 2015, also have shown that the quiescent galaxy fraction of high redshift galaxy clusters spans a wide range. In this presentation we discuss about this variety in quiescent galaxy fraction of high redshift galaxy clusters and its origin, introducing our new observational results of z~1 clusters.
