Studying High-Redshift Protoclusters with IGM Tomography

Lyman-alpha forest tomographic mapping now allows 3D characterization of large-scale structure at z~2-3. I will describe latest results from Keck Telescope with the CLAMATO survey, especially on a z~2.5 forming supercluster, and also future prospects of this type of study with the Subaru PFS which will cover ~100x greater volume.
