Photometry monitoring results of highly variable AGNs from SNU AGN Monitoring Project (SAMP)
Presenter: Wanjin Cho (Seoul National University)
We present the photometric monitoring results for a sample of highly variable type 1 AGNs, based on our 3-year campaign. The SNU AGN Monitoring Project (SAMP) is a long-term reverberation campaign, aiming for measuring the time lag of broad emission lines and black hole masses of intermediate-to-high luminosity AGNs. Based on the photometry carried out using MDM 1.3m & 2.4m, LOAO 1m, LCOGT 1m, and DOAO 1m telescopes, we present the characteristics of variability and B and V band light curves of a subsample of the most variable AGNs, which are the high priority targets for spectroscopy monitoring.
