Oral Presentation
Polarization Patterns and Magnetic Field Structures
Presenter: Patrick Koch (ASIAA)
Understanding dust polarization properties is complex and depends on a multitude of parameters. Isolating and constraining parameters is crucial to break degeneracies. I will show two observations of high-mass star-forming regions where changes in dust polarization emission can possibly primarily be linked to systematic structures in the magnetic field. The discussion will be on how this can be further utilized to constrain dust properties.
