ALMA update: Towards Cycle 5

ALMA is about to complete Cycle 3, the first one in full operations. While getting ready for the beginning of Cycle 4 new capabilities are already been commissioned for Cycle 5. I will give an overview of the outcome of the current Cycle 3 and will summarize the new capabilities that were offered for Cycle 5.
I will emphasize the ongoing development being carried out to get the Cycle 5 expected capabilities.
