Announcement

The SDSS-IV/MaNGA survey has officially started in July 2014. One of the primary science goals of MaNGA survey is to understand the role of mergers in the evolution of galaxies. The aim of this workshop is to bring together people working on mergers to present and to stimulate projects using the MaNGA dataset. The total participants will be limited to ~30-40 people. We plan to have a couple of invited talks (35+15) and several contributed talks (15+10) per day, with some time devoted to informal discussions.
