Announcement
The Theoretical Institute for Advanced Research in Astrophysics (TIARA) of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (ASIAA) of Academia Sinica is holding a workshop in Taipei, Taiwan, entitled: Dawn of New Cosmology: Opportunities and Challenges in CMB Polarization and Large Scale Structure" during 2014 December 8-12.
The topics of the workshop include CMB polarization and large-scale structure as inflationary probes, and cross-correlation sciences.
To maximize the interactions between the speakers and local astronomers, we encourage the participation of interested scientists from institutes and universities in Taiwan.
The emphasis of this workshop will be on discussions rather than formal presentations. Hence, we envision several talks per day, with the rest of the time devoted to informal discussions and working sessions.
