Information for Oral Presentation
The time allocated for all presentations in each session is 15 min., but please kindly be reminded to keep a quarter of the time slot for Q&A (3-4 min.).
The session room (ASIAA Auditorium, ASMAB) is equipped with a projector for computer-based presentations, a projection screen, a laser pointer and microphones. No overhead projector will be available. Speakers must operate the equipment during their presentations.
Please advance to the front of the session room during the discussion time of the speaker prior to you and be ready to begin immediately upon the completion of their discussion. There is a switching hub to connect the display cable so that you can choose unused slot to connect it even before the prior speaker's cable is unplugged. There will be a time keeper running throughout the program to alert after 10 minutes when the speaker starts the presentation.
