KVN 86 GHz band receivers have been developed by Dr. Erickson in University of Massachusetts. The observation frequency bands are 85~95 GHz and noise temperatures are below 100 K. The receiver IF signals are transmitted to Down Converter whose input frequencies are 8~10 GHz and output frequency are 512~1024 MHz. KVN Down Converter are assembled with commercial coaxial components. KVN RTS(Round Trip System) have been developed by collaboration with Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science. KVN RTS transmits H-maser 1.4 GHz reference signal to antenna receiver room by fiber-optic links.
