Registration

After you submit the registration form below, you will receive a confirmation by email. The early registration deadline is Jul 31, 2011. There will be a registration fee NTD 9,000 (about USD300) to cover the workshop operation cost. All meals, including reception, banquet and BBQ dinner (excluding two dinners of Oct 24-25), and ground transportation to Hualien are covered with the paid registration fee. Full registration is completed only when the payment form is received. A late registration fee of NTD 12,000 (about USD 400) applies for registrations submitted after Jul 31, 2011. No registration will be accepted after Aug 31, 2011. Please note that train ticket cannot be guaranteed for registration after Aug 15.

To encourage the participation of younger colleagues, the registration fee is NTD 4,500 (about USD150) for students. Please complete the form below and follow the instruction described in the email confirmation to provide a copy of proof such as Student ID. 國內學生繳交註冊費4500元,研討會期間國內學生可免費住宿花蓮遠雄悅來飯店(限2人同住一雙人房) .

Presentation Instructions

Poster Presentations: Please bring your own posters which should fit within the 60 cm x 90 cm (23" x 35"), A1-size area. Thumbtacks are provided. Posters may be set up beginning at 8:00 am and must be removed by 5:00 pm on the last day. Posters left after these times will be discarded.

Oral Presentation: 5~10 minutes (depends on final number of registrant) are allowed for oral presentations followed by 2~3 minutes for open discussion. Timing for other talks (Invited, Special, etc.) are at the discretion of the Session Organizer.

Payment Information

Please fill out the payment form with credit card information and email/fax it back to meeting staff by Jul 31, 2011 to complete the early registration, or by Aug 31, 2011 to complete the late registration. The payment will be billed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Consequently, the amount charged to non-NTD account varies due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. Train ticket cannot be guaranteed for registration after Aug 15
